Here'a sight that would have warmed the heart of my late dad Stamps: J cleaning his shoes in the afternoon sunshine.Stamps was a stickler for a shiny shoe. And it's been instilled in all of us, so I am always looking at people's shoes. My mum said the first thing she looked at during the general election debate was the state of the leaders' footwear.
